By using FriendNetwork (website, services, Discord features, bots, and any related systems), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1) Who can use FriendNetwork
You must follow all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as the rules outlined in these Terms.
You must have a valid Discord account to use FriendNetwork services.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use FriendNetwork with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to FriendNetwork at any time if required for safety reasons, legal compliance, or to protect the integrity of our platform.
Discord's Terms of Service also apply to your use of our services.
2) Your Account & Security
You are solely responsible for your account, including all activities that occur under it.
Keep your login credentials and session tokens confidential. Do not share your account with others.
You are responsible for any actions taken using your account, whether authorized by you or not.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or is being used without authorization, report it to our support team immediately.
We are not liable for unauthorized access if you fail to maintain the security of your credentials.
3) Community Rules (Basic Behavior)
By using FriendNetwork, you agree to:
Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, targeted bullying, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited.
No spam or scams. Do not send spam messages, promote scams, share misleading links, or attempt phishing attacks.
No impersonation. Do not impersonate staff members, other users, brands, or organizations.
No ban evasion. Creating alternate accounts to bypass punishments, mutes, timeouts, or bans is prohibited.
Respect privacy. Do not share others' personal information without consent.
Follow all server and channel rules. Additional rules may apply to specific Discord servers using FriendNetwork.
4) Cheating, Exploiting & Abuse
You must not engage in any of the following activities:
Exploit bugs or glitches. Exploiting unintended mechanics, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. This includes using unpatched vulnerabilities to farm rewards or gain unearned items/coins.
Unauthorized automation. Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automation to farm rewards, items, or coins is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by FriendNetwork management.
Economy abuse. Item duplication, money laundering, market manipulation, artificially inflating prices, or engaging in fraudulent trades is strictly forbidden.
System attacks. Attempting to disrupt, overload, hack into, DDoS, or attack FriendNetwork systems or infrastructure is illegal and will be reported to authorities.
Unauthorized scraping. Accessing or scraping data from FriendNetwork without explicit permission is prohibited.
Reporting exploits: If you discover a security vulnerability or exploit, you should report it to our support team immediately. Serious, verified reports may be eligible for rewards.
5) Items, Coins & the Economy
Coins and items in FriendNetwork are virtual property with no real-world monetary value, unless explicitly stated otherwise by FriendNetwork.
We reserve the right to modify prices, drop rates, balances, features, and mechanics at any time to maintain system fairness and stability.
We may remove, adjust, or reset items and coins gained through exploits, scams, chargebacks, refunds, or rule violations at our sole discretion.
All trades and in-game sales are final and permanent unless a verified system error or bug directly caused the transaction.
We do not provide refunds for items or coins purchased under normal circumstances.
Leaderboard positions and rankings may change based on verification checks and rule enforcement.
6) User Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post (text, images, usernames, descriptions, etc.).
License to FriendNetwork: By posting content, you grant FriendNetwork a perpetual, non-exclusive license to store, display, modify, and distribute your content within the platform as necessary to operate the service.
Prohibited content: You must not upload illegal content, malware, content that infringes on others' rights, or content that violates these Terms.
Content removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the platform or users.
Profile information: If you provide a custom profile name, avatar, or description, ensure it complies with our community rules. Inappropriate or offensive profile content may be changed or removed by our staff.
7) Privacy & Data
We only collect, process, and store data necessary to operate FriendNetwork, prevent abuse, and improve our services.
Staff members will not share your private data with other users or third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Technical logs, security records, and identifiers may be stored to maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and investigate violations.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR where applicable.
8) Enforcement & Consequences
If you violate these Terms, we may take enforcement action at our sole discretion, including:
Warnings or informal notifications
Temporary mute or timeout from chat/voice
Temporary or permanent restrictions on specific features
Removal or reversal of items, coins, or trades (when justified)
Temporary suspension of account access
Permanent ban from FriendNetwork
The severity of punishment is determined by the nature of the violation, intent, user history, and platform safety. Attempting to evade enforcement actions will result in escalated punishment.
9) Service Availability & Changes
"As-is" service: FriendNetwork is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime, bugs, or maintenance.
Feature changes: Features, drop rates, rewards, prices, balances, and rules may be changed or removed at any time without notice.
Limited liability: We are not responsible for losses caused by outages, bugs, or service interruptions. However, we may provide compensation for verified critical issues at our sole discretion.
Updates: We may update the platform without notice. You are responsible for staying informed of changes.
10) Termination & Account Deletion
You may stop using FriendNetwork at any time by ceasing access.
We may suspend or terminate your access to FriendNetwork if: you violate these Terms, you engage in illegal activity, your account is involved in fraud or abuse, or for security or legal reasons.
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and associated data, items, and coins.
For account deletion requests, contact our support team. Note that some data may be retained for legal, security, or abuse prevention purposes.
11) Support & Disputes
For support, bug reports, appeals, or disputes, contact our staff through official support channels (Discord support server or ticket system if available).
We will attempt to address legitimate concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
Our decisions regarding enforcement actions are final, though appeals may be reviewed in exceptional cases.
12) External Services & Third Parties
FriendNetwork integrates with Discord and other services. The terms of these external platforms also apply to you.
We are not responsible for the conduct or policies of Discord or other third-party services.
Some features may depend on third-party APIs or services, which may change or become unavailable.
13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, with the exception that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FriendNetwork will be handled through informal dispute resolution first.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "effective date" at the top of this page will be updated to reflect changes.
Your continued use of FriendNetwork after updates means you accept the new version of these Terms.
Significant changes may be announced via Discord or email if we have that information on file.
15) Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FriendNetwork is not liable for: indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of revenue, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for the actions of other users, including fraud, hacking, or harassment.
